The typed plan the planner LLM emits, before candidate validation.

Fields

intent: AskIntent

query: Option<String>

The query step’s read-only RQL candidate (factual intent).

answer: String

The natural-language answer explaining the approach (how-to intent). Empty for the factual/synthesis paths, which synthesize their answer.

suggestion: Vec<RawSuggestion>

The how-to suggestion: raw statements before parser validation. Each is re-validated through the production parser by route_plan.

rationale: String

Model rationale / self-critique, surfaced to plan summary + audit.
