Expand description

A persisted hypertable spec plus all of its chunks. Stored in the physical metadata sidecar alongside collection contracts so chunk bounds / routing / TTL are recovered identically after a restart — the same durability path the rest of the catalog already uses, not a parallel one (issue #866).
