Definition of a read-only MCP knowledge resource (ADR 0061).

The body is produced lazily by body() from the engine’s own authorities (e.g. reddb_rql::knowledge reads the lexer keyword set and the reddb-io-types function catalog), so the served text cannot drift from the engine and the resource carries no mutable state.
