Struct RangeId 

pub struct RangeId(/* private fields */);

Stable identifier for one shard/range within a collection.

Ranges are owned at sub-collection granularity (ADR 0037), so a collection can have many of these — each is one independently-owned, independently-routed partition. The id is stable across ownership transitions: moving a range to a new owner keeps its RangeId and bumps its epoch/version, it does not mint a new range.
