Struct ClusterId

The cluster’s own stable identity.

Every authorized member agrees on this value, and a join candidate must present it to be admitted (see super::join). It is what makes a “wrong-cluster” join detectable: a peer that authenticates fine but targets a different cluster is rejected, not merged in.
