Comparable column value used by histogram bucket arithmetic and MCV frequency lookup.

Intentionally narrow: real reddb columns can be any AST Value, but only a few types are useful for selectivity estimation. Other values simply don’t get histograms — filter_selectivity falls back to the heuristic path.
