The production DeepLinkEnv: probes the OS for the redui:// handler and opens URLs via the platform default handler.

The probe can be overridden with RED_UI_DEEPLINK_REGISTERED (truthy => registered, 0/false/no => not registered) — useful for forcing a branch in manual testing or on platforms without a cheap probe. When unset, it falls back to a best-effort per-OS check.
