Consolidation counters for one collection (ADR 0073 §5).

These replace the compact_ops counter, which only ever counted a do-nothing branch.

Fields

runs_started: u64

Consolidations that crossed a threshold and began copying.

runs_completed: u64

Consolidations that finished the swap.

segments_merged: u64

Source segments retired by a completed swap.

tombstones_reclaimed: u64

Tombstones garbage-collected by completed swaps.

bytes_reclaimed: u64

Logical source-to-merged footprint reduction; readers may retain sources.
