A causal bookmark target the routing table reasons about.

Mirrors the server’s CausalBookmark (term, commit_lsn) shape without depending on the engine crate — the driver only needs the two numbers to decide eligibility and routing.

Replication term the bookmark was minted under.

§commit_lsn: u64

Commit LSN a read must observe to be causally consistent.
