An AccessGuard which also keeps the transaction alive

Returned by the reference-counted accessors of ReadOnlyTable and crate::ReadOnlyMultimapTable, such as ReadOnlyTable::get_owned(): in addition to providing access to the data, it keeps the read transaction alive until it is dropped.
