}Expand description
Error returned when JSON canonicalization (JCS) fails.
Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
InvalidJson
The supplied bytes were not one complete valid JSON text.
DuplicateProperty
A JSON object declared the same member name more than once.
NonFiniteNumber
A number was NaN or infinite, which JCS does not permit.
IntegerOutsideInteroperableRange
An exactly represented integer was outside the interoperable range.
SerializationError
Serializing the value to canonical JSON failed.
DepthExceeded
Nesting exceeded MAX_NESTING_DEPTH.
A defense-in-depth bound in case a caller builds or deserializes a
serde_json::Value without the parser’s own depth limit.
UnsupportedNumberRepresentation
A dependency feature changed JSON number visitation, making a number indistinguishable from a caller-supplied object during parsing.
Noncharacter
I-JSON forbids Unicode noncharacters in string values and names.
