Options for ConCorpus::collect_h5md_with.

velocity_time_unit overrides D10. Use it for a file that breaks the rule: natural-unit numbers under a v3.1 fs label, or true fs numbers on a v1, v2, or v3.0 frame. The same string is the clock unit when a v3.1 frame has time or timestep and no units.time. A present units.time still scales the clock.
