Configuration for adjacency buffer (stores neighbor indices per particle).
The adjacency buffer enables graph-based operations by storing, for each particle, a list of its neighboring particle indices. This is useful for:
- Information propagation along particle connections
- Constraint-based physics (springs between connected particles)
- Network analysis (degree, clustering, community detection)
