Configuration for a remote worker.
Fields§
§id: WorkerIdUnique identifier for this worker.
host: StringSSH hostname or IP address.
user: StringSSH username.
identity_file: StringPath to SSH private key.
total_slots: u32Total CPU slots available on this worker.
priority: u32Priority for worker selection (higher = preferred).
Optional tags for filtering.
Mostly descriptive, with one reserved form: os:<name> (see
crate::declared_os) is a hard admission gate, written in
workers.toml as os = "<name>".
tools: Vec<WorkerToolProbe>Operator-declared named tool probes for this worker, written in
workers.toml as
tools = [{ name = "clang", command = ["clang", "--version"] }].
Unlike a tag, which is an unverified naming convention, each entry is
VERIFIED by running its fixed argv on the worker as the configured user;
only a zero exit makes the tool present. That is what lets
--require-tool gate selection on evidence instead of on a promise.
