Pattern matcher for exclude lists.

The matcher holds a combined GlobSet for fast checking and a vector of single-pattern GlobSets so the code can determine which pattern matched (useful for logging the pattern that caused a skip).

Return the pattern that matched path, or None if no pattern matched.

If the combined set matches but none of the single-pattern sets match (unlikely), the function returns the first pattern as a fallback.
