Struct TunnelStream

A bidirectional byte stream over a tunnel channel.

• Reads consume incoming tunnel chunks from RpcSession::register_tunnel.
• Writes send outgoing tunnel chunks via RpcSession::send_chunk.
• poll_shutdown sends an EOS via RpcSession::close_tunnel.
