Struct FrameView

Source
pub struct FrameView<'a> {
    pub desc: &'a MsgDescHot,
    pub payload: &'a [u8],
}
Expand description

Borrowed view of a frame for zero-copy receive.

Lifetime is tied to the receive call that produced it. Caller must process or copy before calling recv_frame again.

Fields§

§desc: &'a MsgDescHot

Reference to the frame descriptor.

§payload: &'a [u8]

Reference to the payload bytes.

Implementations§

Source§

impl<'a> FrameView<'a>

Source

pub fn new(desc: &'a MsgDescHot, payload: &'a [u8]) -> Self

Create a new frame view.

Source

pub fn to_owned(&self) -> Frame

Convert to an owned Frame (copies payload if needed).
