An Atom <content> element.

Two shapes:

• Inline — src is None. The body lives in value; its AtomText::kind drives the wire type= attribute (text/html/xhtml).
• Out-of-line — src is Some(url). The body lives at the URL, and out_of_line_type carries the wire type= attribute (e.g. "text/html"). When out_of_line_type is None the writer falls back to value.kind.type_attr().

The out_of_line_type field exists so the MIME type can’t accidentally be conflated with the body. Earlier versions stuffed the type into value.value and the writer wrote it back from there; constructing AtomContent { value: AtomText::html("real body"), src: Some(_) } then produced type="real body" on the wire. Now the body and the MIME type are two distinct slots.
