The agent invocation timed out.

InternalError

The agent invocation failed with an internal/unknown error.

Other

The agent invocation failed with a non-auth, non-rate-limit, non-timeout error.

This is a catch-all category used to ensure immediate agent fallback only happens for rate limit (429) and authentication failures.
