A control message sent over a control stream.

Open

Open a new stream.

stream: StreamId

The stream to open.

Close

Close an existing stream.

The stream to close.

Eof

Signal an end-of-file. This can be used to simulate connections terminating without having to close the connection. These control messages are turned into io::ErrorKind::UnexpectedEof errors on read.
