Represents a generator for raw RST packets

pub fn to_raw(&self) -> [u8; 54]

Builds a new RST request packet based on provided info. RST packet is sent when a response is found for a SYN request. The RST packet indicates that we want to reset the connection. This is called “half open” scanning and helps to keep things stealthy
