Struct DateTime

A date and a time of day together, with the offset from UTC the moment was read at.

The date and the time are local: they are what a clock on the wall shows. offset_minutes is what turns them back into an instant, which is what DateTime::to_unix does.

Fields

date: Date

The local date.

time: TimeOfDay

The local time of day.

offset_minutes: i16

Minutes local time is ahead of UTC; negative west of it.
