Function on_this_machine

pub fn on_this_machine(address: &str) -> bool

Whether address is an http:// or https:// address of this machine: localhost, 127.x or ::1. An address that names a user before its host is not, whatever the host: it is not what a relay is given, and it makes the host easy to misread.
