DirectoryStream

Struct DirectoryStream

Source
pub struct DirectoryStream { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Type-erased synchronous directory enumeration handle.

The stream validates every provider entry against the requested root and listing options before returning it to the caller.

§Examples

This helper demonstrates the normal bounded-listing workflow without requiring a concrete provider in the documentation build.

let mut stream = filesystem.list(&qubit_fs::directory::ListScope::Path(root.clone()), ListOptions::default())?;
while let Some(entry) = stream.next_entry()? {
    println!("{}", entry.path);
}

Implementations§

Source§

impl DirectoryStream

Source

pub const fn state(&self) -> DirectoryStreamState

Returns the current lifecycle state of this stream.

Source

pub fn next_entry(&mut self) -> FsResult<Option<DirEntry>>

Reads the next directory entry.

§Returns

Some for one entry or None at end of enumeration.

§Errors

Returns a filesystem error when enumeration cannot continue.
