§mitigation_overhead: f64§stability_score: f64Real, data-driven performance score in [0, 1], refreshed on every
call to Self::update from the most recently mitigated
measurements/gradients: 1.0 means measurements land tightly on
ideal computational-basis outcomes and gradients are small/stable,
0.0 means measurements are maximally uncertain and gradients are
large. Starts at 1.0 (optimistic / no adaptation needed) before any
data has been observed.
