Snapshot of the entire store. O(1) to create thanks to im::HashMap structural sharing.

Entity-table and junction fields are pub(crate) so the generated per-entity repositories (same crate) can read the captured rows/junctions during a scoped restore. Counters stay private (restore never touches them — ids stay monotonic).
