Struct Timestamp 

pub struct Timestamp(pub u64);

Timestamp in seconds since the Unix epoch.

All kernel functions that accept or produce Timestamp values operate in seconds. Passing milliseconds or nanoseconds produces incorrect caveat evaluation.
