Writer for PZip files.

pub fn write_block(&mut self, block: &[u8]) -> Result<usize, Error>

Writes a block to the stream.

The PZip header and tags are not written until this method is called for the first time. This method may return Error::IoError for write errors, or Error::CryptoError for encryption errors.

pub fn finalize(&mut self) -> Result<(), Error>

Ensures the last block is written to the stream, and sets eof. Returns Error::NoMoreBlocks if already at eof.
