Variants§

§

Select(IrSelect)

A SELECT — schema-bound (select Type { .. }), free (select {1,2,3}, a set/tuple/free-object literal), or a mix via UNION — no distinction at this level; see IrSelect::rows/IrRowSource.

§

PathSelect(IrPathSelect)

A flat SELECT produced by absolute path traversal: select TypeName.link.prop.

§

Insert(IrInsert)

§

Update(IrUpdate)

§

Delete(IrDelete)

§

For(IrFor)

for var in iterator union body

§

Group(IrGroup)

group Type [shape] [using alias := expr, ...] by key, ...

§

FunctionSelect(IrFunctionSelect)

select fn(args) { shape } — a SELECT driven by a user-defined object-returning function.

§

VectorSearch(IrVectorSearch)

select vector::search(Type, $vec) { object { … }, distance } — pgvector similarity search.

§

FtsSearch(IrFtsSearch)

select fts::search(Type, $query) { object { … }, score } — full-text search.

§

ScalarUnion(Vec<IrStmt>)

a.id union b.id — scalar sets concatenated, each operand a statement yielding one value per row.
