Top-level page selected via the top navigation bar.

Orthogonal to Screen. Screen tracks overlays and modal forms, TopPage tracks which base view (hosts, tunnels, containers, keys) renders behind them. Tab/Shift+Tab cycles through the variants when no overlay is active.
