Create a new Anthropic driver.

api_key is the raw key value, not the env var name.

pub fn with_client( client: Client, api_key: String, base_url: Option<String>, ) -> Self

Create a new Anthropic driver with a shared HTTP client.

This allows connection pooling across all drivers.
