Available on crate features pac-boa and pac only.

PacEvaluator on boa_engine. Prefers FindProxyForURL; FindProxyForURLEx only if it is the sole entry point (Ex-only hostfns are not registered).

A deeply nested script aborts the process while parsing, before any PacPolicy limit applies; see PacPolicy for the measurement and the caller-side mitigation.
