Request scheme a proxy setting applies to (ProxyMode::Manual per_scheme key). Not ProxyScheme (how to talk to the proxy).

Concrete schemes always beat Scheme::All. On Windows/socks=, GNOME (only SOCKS configured → All), and macOS (SOCKSEnable fallback), readers may already have copied SOCKS into other slots before a ProxyMode exists.

Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
