backlog: u32

listen() queue depth.

reuseport: bool

Request SO_REUSEPORT so each core can bind its own lane. Prime honors a single-core listener today; tokio fans out per core.

tcp_fastopen: Option<u32>

Kernel passive-open queue depth for TCP Fast Open (RFC 7413, Linux). None leaves TFO off; non-Linux platforms ignore it.
