Expand description

Serialisable request op — the config mirror of RequestOp. Tagged by op; RewritePath carries the pattern as a string (compiled to a Regex at TransformConfig::into_transform time), and Mutate flattens the existing serde MutateOp. The body/callback ops are accepted by the wire form but rejected at lowering, preserving the historical errors.
