Variants

Enqueued

Item queued, nothing dropped.

DroppedOldest

Queue was full; the oldest item was evicted, the new one queued.

DroppedNewest

Queue was full; the new item was dropped.

Refused

Queue was full under FailClosed; the new item was refused.
