Reusable -q/-v verbosity flags, flattened into subcommands other than scan (which has its own richer progress modes tied to its output header).

Fields

quiet: bool

Suppress progress and informational output; show warnings and errors only.

verbose: bool

Emit verbose diagnostics, including debug-level logging.
