Why redeem did not produce a token.

Variants

ClientMismatch

The registration presented does not match the client that started the exchange.

redeem compares rather than trusting, because the client id is a parameter the adapter is about to send: a caller that reached for the wrong registration would otherwise produce a token request naming one client with a code_verifier generated for another, and the server’s answer would be an invalid_grant with nothing to explain it.
