What failed when Client::connect_stdio could not open a session.

Mirrors ConnectError but is stdio-specific: the spawn stage is the one the HTTP paths do not have, and the typed inner errors are the adapter’s spawn / handshake / versions errors rather than the HTTP ones. Kept as a distinct type so a caller that handles “could not connect” once does not have to know which transport it was.
