Why a client call did not happen.

FeatureUnavailable

The negotiated session does not have the feature the call needs.

The revision is carried for the same reason the server’s is: “sampling is unavailable” is not something a caller can act on without knowing what was negotiated.

Transport(TransportError)

The request could not be delivered or answered.

InputUnresolved

The server asked for input and nothing could provide it.

Names the callback so a one-shot caller sees what to wire rather than a hang: an agent loop that waits for a person who is not there is worse than one that fails.
