Alpha is ignored; the surface is fully opaque.
Mask(f32)
Pixels whose alpha is below the stored cutoff are discarded (discard
in GLSL). The inner f32 is the cutoff threshold in [0, 1].
Blend
Standard alpha blending — the surface is rendered with transparency.
