Variants (Non-exhaustive)§
This enum is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.
Orthogonal
crate::orthogonal — Schönemann SVD; R ∈ O(K).
Default; matches morphometric / shape-analysis convention.
SignedPermutation
crate::signed_permutation — exact signed-permutation alignment.
Recommended for PLS bootstrap, where component order can vary
across resamples.
RotationOnly
crate::rotation_only — R ∈ SO(K) (proper rotation, no
reflection). Use when reflection is physically meaningless
(chemistry, rigid-body alignment).
