For ARM select Swd or Jtag, for RISC-V select Jtag.

Variants

Swd

Serial Wire Debug is ARMs proprietary standard for communicating with ARM cores. You can find specifics in the ARM Debug Interface v5.2 specification.

Jtag

JTAG is a standard which is supported by many chips independent of architecture. See Wikipedia for more info.
