What picks one of several stages of one kind in a binding: the mesh-side field a consumer reads, named by the dialect’s component and field that holds it (<component>.<field>), and the value that picks this stage. A consumer draws a mesh with the stage whose key names a field it has and whose value that field equals; a mesh whose value matches no stage is refused by name, not drawn with a first or default stage.

Fields

field: String

The component and field the mesh carries the key in, as component.field (<dialect>.<component>.<field>), or the name the source gives its keys where no mesh field holds them (a name in the source’s own terms).

value: u32

The value of the stage’s key, compared for equality with the mesh’s field.

parts: Vec<KeyPart>

What the key stands for, in the source’s terms. A description only: it never identifies a variant (a binding’s check, and a consumer picking a stage, go by field and value) and may be empty.
