LightListPart

Enum LightListPart

Source
pub enum LightListPart {
    Lookup(LightLookup),
    Indices(LightIndices),
}
Expand description

One of the two buffers of the frame’s per-tile light lists (super::BufferSource::LightLists): which lights a program visits at a pixel. The screen is cut into squares of super::FrameParameter::LightTileSize pixels, tile (x, y) (from the top left, x = pixel x / size) being record x + y * LightTilesPerRow of the lookup; the lookup’s record says where the tile’s entries start in the index list and how many lights of each kind follow, the kinds one after the other in the lookup’s counts order; each entry names a light’s record in the kind’s light table (super::BufferSource::Lights) and the depth slices of the tile its volume reaches.

Variants§

Implementations§

Source§

impl LightListPart

Source

pub fn verify(&self, element_stride: Option<u32>) -> Result<(), String>

The part agrees with itself and its buffer (element_stride the structured buffer’s element size, None for another kind of buffer): whole-word records of a capacity, every field inside one, none overlapping, the lookup counting each kind once.
