SizeHint

Struct SizeHint

Source
pub struct SizeHint {
    pub min: Size,
    pub preferred: Size,
    pub max: Option<Size>,
}
Expand description

Size hints for content-aware layout.

Widgets report their sizing requirements through this struct, allowing the layout engine to make intelligent decisions about space allocation.

Fields§

§min: Size

Minimum size needed to render at all.

§preferred: Size

Preferred size for comfortable rendering.

§max: Option<Size>

Maximum useful size (content won’t expand beyond).

Implementations§

Source§

impl SizeHint

Source

pub const fn new(min: Size, preferred: Size, max: Option<Size>) -> Self

Create a new size hint.

Source

pub const fn fixed(size: Size) -> Self

Create a fixed-size hint (all sizes equal).

Source

pub const fn flexible(min: Size) -> Self

Create a flexible hint with only minimum.
