Configuration for connection retry behaviour.

Used with PrefixRegistry::new_with_retry to handle transient database unavailability during startup.

Fields

max_retries: u32

Maximum number of retry attempts (0 = no retries, just fail immediately).

initial_delay: Duration

Initial delay before first retry. Doubles with each attempt (exponential backoff).

max_delay: Duration

Maximum delay between retries (caps the exponential growth).
