调整值(<a:gd name="..." fmla="val <value>"/>)。

对应 python-pptx Adjustment,控制预设形状的调整手柄(如圆角矩形的圆角半径)。

§值的含义

调整值以 1/100000 为单位(即 100000 = 100%)。effective_value() 返回归一化的 0.0-1.0 浮点值,raw_value 保存原始整数。

§raw_value: i64

原始值(从 fmla="val <value>" 中提取的数值,单位 1/100000)。
