Which options file a run should read, decided from argv (and $pounce_options) before any file is opened. See Args::option_file_choice.

Variants

Named(PathBuf)

The user named a file: --options-file <path> or option_file_name=<path>. A named file that does not exist is a hard error — silently running at stock defaults is the failure mode this whole path exists to remove (gh#518).

Discover

Nobody named one: probe the working directory for the default names (pounce.opt, then ipopt.opt), reading whichever exists.

Suppressed

--no-options-file: read none, probe nothing.
