This method is unfortunately difficult to use due to deficiencies in the compiler's borrow checker.

impl Message<Vec<u8>>

fn parse_owned(buf: &[u8]) -> Result<ParseResult<Vec<u8>>>

Attempts to parse a backend message from the buffer.

In contrast to parse, this method produces messages that do not reference the input, buffer by copying any necessary portions internally.
